This is entertainment. Peruvian firebrand Cecilia Noël somehow bottles the energy of her live show into the album Delivery a 12 song (plus bonus track) tour de force. Ballads and mambos - the Wild Clams do it all with style.

Keyboardist Jeffrey Babko smokes on "Mambo!" while background vocalists Gisa Vateky, Kenya Hathaway, and Bethina Sayegh compliment Noël's melodic voice perfectly. The Clams' entire percussion and horn sections are worthy of an ocean's worth of pearls. This is an album for anyone interested in catchy rhythms, irreverent lyrics and a good time.

Noël produced the album and wrote or co-wrote 10 of the album's 13 tunes. Noël's remake of Benny More's "La Culebra" radiates respectfulness of the original with love and playfulness. Other highlights include "Pronto Salsa!", "Don't Tell Nobody," and "Monkey," Noël's spirited musical effort to entice a Cuban chulo out of his woman's bed and into hers.
